Shipping

We currently only ship within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are working on international shipping and contact us if you have a special request, so we can see what we can do. 

Returns

1) 30 Day No Questions Asked Refund - Refunds will be granted in full if returns are made within 30 days after the customer has received the product with no questions asked. Full refund will be granted, however the customer shall bear the return shipping fee, unless the return is due to a quality issue, in which case we will bear the cost of shipping. 

2) 90 Day Standard Returns - Returns for quality related issued will be accepted after up to 90 days after purchase. We are happy to bear the return shipping charges. Thanks!

Replacements

In the event the product is defective and requires replacement, we will cover all replacement expenses (i.e. shipping and handling).

Our minis are not primed or painted. We recommend priming the minis -- it wil increase the ease of paint application and the final appearance. We prefer any PVC plastic specific primer, especially that made by the brands Games Workshop and Army Painter
